Information you choose to send
When you contact the band, booking agent, label or licensing contacts, we receive the details you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organisation and message.
If you buy through the shop, payment, delivery and order details are handled by the secure checkout provider used by FUNKSTORE. The band receives the order information needed to fulfil and support your purchase.
How information is used
We use contact information to reply to enquiries, manage booking conversations, help with orders, handle licensing requests and keep records relating to those messages.
We do not sell personal information. We only share information where it is needed to respond to your enquiry, fulfil an order, run the website, meet legal duties or protect the site from misuse.
Third-party services
The site links to services including YouTube, Bandsintown, social platforms and the secure shop checkout. Those services have their own privacy practices when you visit or interact with them.
Video playback is embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed where possible, and ticket and checkout actions open the relevant external service when needed.
Your choices
You can ask about the personal information connected to your enquiries, request corrections, or ask for information to be removed where retention is no longer required.
