The backstory
The project features lovingly chosen vocalists and musicians reimagining favourites from Joni Mitchell's catalogue, from soulful interpretations to fresh ensemble arrangements.
On stage and on record, Joni Re-imagined is led by bassist, arranger and bandleader Stefan Redtenbacher, bringing together Redtenbacher's Funkestra players and featured artists who share a deep love for Joni's music.
The album world includes artists such as Rumer, Hamish Stuart, Sarah Jane Morris, Mim Grey, Jo Harman, Mike Mayfield and Jana Varga.
