Redtenbacher’s Funkestra has just dropped ‘Code 12’, a powerful new single featuring London guitar icons Tony Remy and Mike Outram. The bold brass sound comes courtesy of Horn House — Nichol Thomson (trombone) and Tom Walsh (trumpet).
Tony Remy and Stefan Redtenbacher co-wrote the track and recorded it live during a Masterlink Session. You can now stream it everywhere. Even better, it will appear on the upcoming album FUNKOPIA, landing on October 3rd via RSB Records.

The song grew out of a Masterlink Session — a project built on collaboration. Based in Surrey, Masterlink Productions brings musicians together in a creative and trusting environment.
Instead of isolating parts in a studio, the Masterlink team captures musicians performing live in one space. This approach sparks spontaneous moments, like the ones you hear on Code 12.
