Singer-Songwriter Festival 2025: Headliner Funkestra in Munich
We are delighted to headline the 2nd singer-songwriter Festival in Munich (Ottobrunn) on 8.2.2025 with special guest Connor Selby.
The ‘Imagine’ Festival
This is the 2nd ‘Imagine’ Festival at the Wolf-Ferrari-Haus in Ottobrunn (Munich).
Friday 7.2 will feature a solo concert by UK rising jazz-folk-rock virtuoso Guitarist/Songwriter Rosie Frater-Taylor and a duo performance by ‘the voice’ Eddy Smith with Pete Billington on keys, bass and piano.
Masterlink Sessions and the ‘Imagine’ Festival
Last year the Funkestra backed Rumer, Jana Varga, Georgia Van Etten and Connor Selby. All the artists have previously been guests of one of our Masterlink Sessions, the Funkestra being the studio house band.

We all enjoyed the warm audience and the hospitality by the organisers and are very much looking forward to performing there again.
The Funkestra will feature Connor Selby for the 2nd half of their show and will be comprised by members of Backwood Five: Josef Hinterhölzl on drums, Andreas See on saxophone, Martin Gasselsberger on keyboards and Christian Neuschmid on guitar.
